MEETINGS ARE HELD IN-PERSON 

The Planning Commission meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Building. Meeting agendas will be posted on this website 24 hours before each scheduled meeting. Work Sessions are conducted each month on the 3rd Thursday at 7:00 p.m., unless a meeting cancellation is noted on this website’s “Announcement” page under “Township Meeting Schedule.”

Planning Commission approved meeting minutes are available in PDF format at the bottom of this page or in the archive section of the website.

Submission Day for new preliminary or final subdivision/land development plans is NOON, the second WEDNESDAY of each month. Plans received by this day/time will appear as “New Business” for acceptance only on the next month’s Planning Commission agenda. They will be reviewed for completeness and if complete, will appear as a “Confirmed Appointment” and will be discussed by the Planning Commission at the following month’s meeting.

Revised Preliminary and/or Final subdivision/land development plans should also be submitted by NOON, the second WEDNESDAY of each month. These revisions will be reviewed and will appear on the following month’s agenda as “Confirmed Appointments” for discussion by the Planning Commission.
