RIGHT-TO-KNOW

Act 3 of 2008 is Pennsylvania’s Right-To-Know Law. On December 15, 2008, the Board of Supervisors’ adopted Resolution #2008-112 which establishes the procedure by which Springfield Township will address requests made for records under the Right-To-Know Law.

Right to Know Request Form

REQUESTS FOR RECORDS

Requests may be submitted in person, by mail, by e-mail, or by fax. All requests must be in writing on the Township’s Record Request Form. Arrangements can be made for documents to be viewed at no charge during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
