Asphalt milling and paving operations will begin on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, through Friday, November 6, 2026, weather permitting.
This infrastructure improvement project is being conducted as part of the Cooks Creek Development.
Affected Areas & Scope of Work

State Road & Passer Road: Milling and paving work will take place along the first 1,000 feet off Richlandtown Pike.

Sunrise Drive: Work will include full paving of Sunrise Drive, spanning the entire distance between State Road and Passer Road.
